Craig Millward is the Head of Sales at Circulai, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the waste and environmental services sector. Having previously held senior sales leadership roles alongside Max and Simon at both Greenzone and Novati, Craig is well-regarded for his deep industry knowledge and client-first approach.

Originally a graduate mechanical engineer, Craig began his career in the electronics industry before founding and growing a successful business, which he sold to a Japanese PLC in 2001. His transition into the waste sector came through roles in WEEE compliance and facilities management, where his technical background laid the foundation for a strong understanding of complex processes and markets.

Known for his hands-on attitude and commitment to service, Craig is not just about selling the dream—he ensures it’s delivered. His phone is famously always on, offering clients around-the-clock support and insight. A trusted advisor in the field, Craig blends engineering precision with commercial acumen to drive results and build long-term partnerships.
